This Site is published by Astraeus Ventures, LP, a Delaware limited partnership with offices in Minneapolis, San Francisco, and New York. The investment adviser to the Astraeus-managed funds is Astraeus Capital Management, LLC ("ACM"), a Delaware limited liability company and wholly owned subsidiary of the General Partner.
ACM is registered as an Exempt Reporting Adviser ("ERA") with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under Section 203(m) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 as a private fund adviser. ACM does not provide investment advice to the public and does not manage separate accounts.

Each fund operates under a separate limited partnership agreement and offering memorandum. Funds are organized as private investment companies under Section 3(c)(1) or 3(c)(7) of the Investment Company Act of 1940.
Interests in Astraeus-advised funds are sold exclusively to "accredited investors" within the meaning of Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933, and in many cases "qualified purchasers" within the meaning of Section 2(a)(51) of the Investment Company Act. Nothing on this Site is intended for or directed at retail investors.
This Site is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any jurisdiction where such distribution would be unlawful.
Performance figures referenced on this Site (including AUM, MOIC, re-up rate, and exit count) are as of the most recent quarter-end and are unaudited. Material assumptions, methodology, and definitions are available on request.
